Mark E. Dendinger

Mark E. Dendinger is the Managing Partner of Bracewell's Connecticut office. Mark has over fifteen years of experience in private equity investing and management.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Mr. Dendinger was a Private Equity Manager at Landmark Partners, where they managed a team of analysts and was responsible for the day-to-day operations and monitoring of portfolios, as well as the review of quarterly and annual financial reports, marketing materials, and investor requests. Mark also participated in Landmark's fundraising initiatives, including meetings with prospective investors, and was involved in the drafting of Private Placement Memoranda and the review of subscription documents.

Mr. Dendinger received their J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and their B.A. in Mark'story from the University of Michigan.

Mark Dendinger has a J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law and a B.A. in English from St. Olaf College.
