Roel Castillo Villarreal

Roel Castillo Villarreal has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering management, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing & Engineering at Bradford Company since June 2013, following a role as Production Manager. Previous positions include Operational Manager at Nypro Monterrey, Methode Electronics (AMD) from September 2002 to March 2013, where responsibilities involved developing operational skills to meet customer and plant requirements, and Manufacturing Manager PLM at Elcoteq from August 2000 to August 2002, managing full operations including manufacturing and quality. Earlier, Roel served as Production Manager at Thomas & Betts from October 1998 to August 2000. Roel holds a degree in Ingeniero Mecanico Administrador from UANL, completed between 1986 and 1990.
