Heather Guillen-Woltje

Heather Guillen-Woltje's work experience starts in 2001 when they served as the Human Resource Manager/Public Relations at the Dodge City Public Library. Heather then moved on to become the Human Resource Manager/Consultant at the Southwest Kansas Library System from 2001 to 2003. In 2005, they became the Director of Human Resources at the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Government, where they worked until 2008. From 2011 to the present, Heather worked at Bradford & Galt (acquired by ettain group), first as a Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist from 2011 to 2012, then as an HR Generalist/Sourcing Specialist from 2012 onwards, and finally as an HR Generalist/Healthcare Division Project Manager from 2016 until present. Most recently, Heather has joined Turnberry Solutions in 2022 as an Operations Manager.
