Taylor Tierney has been in the Human Resources and Office Management field since 2009. Taylor began their career at Menards as an Assistant Office Manager in 2009. In 2013, they took on the role of Human Resources and Administrative Assistant at Design Materials, Inc. and Kids Crossing. In 2014, they became the Chief Happiness Officer and People & Operations Manager at Advantage Integrated Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for managing employee lifecycle, benefits administration, payroll, recruiting, hiring, termination, policy generation, handbook development & implementation, employment law guidance, 1099 administration, and compliance. In 2015, they co-founded Tierney Liquidators, where they served as the CFO, Accountant, and Co-Founder. In 2016, they became a Human Resources and Office Management consultant, providing consulting services to companies to help develop and implement new processes and procedures.
Taylor Tierney attended Lake Superior College from 2010 to 2011 and Inver Hills Community College from 2011 to 2012. They also have certifications from Beyond Consequences and the State of Colorado as a Colorado Public Notary.
