Dr. Michelle Hasson

Dr. Michelle Hasson, PHR, is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and education, currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Bradford Health Services since July 2024. Previously, Dr. Hasson held roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Summit BHC and Palms Behavioral Health, overseeing comprehensive healthcare recruitment processes. With extensive experience in technical, executive, and full-cycle recruitment across various sectors, including EdTech and venture capital, Dr. Hasson has recruited for diverse roles such as Software Engineer and Customer Success Manager. An educator at heart, Dr. Hasson spent nearly a decade teaching biology, writing curriculum, and mentoring students in the Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District. Dr. Hasson holds a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Educational Technology and additional degrees in Counseling, Guidance, and Biology/Psychology.
