William Kraemer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. William began their career as a Junior Research Analyst at Joseph Grace Holdings in 2017, where they led a project researching High Frequency Trading (HFT). William gained advanced knowledge of HFT strategies and operations and presented their findings to senior management, facilitating better understanding of how HFT impacts the firm's equity execution.

In 2018, Kraemer worked as an Operations Services Intern at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. Here, they used AutoCAD to conduct a space survey of leased office spaces at 4 WTC and JFK airport, optimizing worker placement and reducing leasing costs. William also reviewed invoices and lease agreements to verify a $690,000 credit overpayment and prepared detailed furniture drawings for contractors and vendors.

In 2019, Kraemer joined Arup as a Project Controls Intern. William authored subcontractor contract amendments and monitored design-build contracts to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget. William also compiled contract data for analysis and more effective marketing purposes.

Kraemer continued their career at Arup as a Project Control Analyst from 2020 to 2023. In this role, they utilized the Arup Data Management system to generate project dashboards and made recommendations to project executives based on automated project financial forecasting. William also reviewed contractor payment applications, maintained a change order event log, and ensured legitimate and timely payments to the design-builder for the Long Island Railroad Mainline Expansion project.

Most recently, Kraemer joined Bradley Construction Management in 2023 as a Project Manager.

William Kraemer completed their education at Stevens Institute of Technology. From 2016 to 2020, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from 2020 to 2022. As part of their educational journey, they obtained additional certifications, including a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in May 2022, a Bachelor of Engineering with High Honor from the School of Systems & Enterprises at Stevens Institute of Technology in May 2020, and a Minor Certificate in Quantitative Finance from Stevens Institute of Technology in May 2020.
