Phil Smith

Phil Smith is an experienced Property Asset Manager specializing in property maintenance, refurbishment, and renovation within the Student Housing and HMO sector. Currently serving as Head of Residential Property Management and Lettings at Bradley Hall since July 2025, Phil previously held positions at loc8me including Property Manager and Interim Branch Manager for the Durham and Newcastle branches.
