Shelby West

Shelby West has a diverse professional background with over a decade of experience in public relations and recruitment. Currently serving as a Public Relations Specialist at RecruitMilitary since October 2010 and a One Star Master Director at Green Compass Global, Ltd. since July 2020, Shelby is instrumental in launching a USDA certified organic CBD company in new markets. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator at Bradley-Morris, Inc., which is recognized as the largest military-focused placement firm in the U.S., and as an Athlete Recruiter at Velocity Sports Performance, where programs were developed to enhance athletic performance. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise, Sport & Health Education from Radford University.
