Initially, Will joined Brady Martz as an intern in 2007. After graduating from college in 2008, he was welcomed to the firm fulltime as an associate, and he has been a member of the Brady Martz team ever since. In his current capacity as a senior manager, Will performs work in the firm’s Audit Department. He specializes in audits of governmental entities ranging from small to large. He primarily serves cities, counties, tribal entities, and school districts. Additionally, he performs single audits according to Uniform Guidance requirements and audits of commodities, such as farmer cooperatives.
A personable and easy-going professional, Will’s colleagues consider him fun to work with. A natural intellectual, Will has always loved solving problems, which is why he knew that a career in accounting was the perfect fit for him. He attributes his success in the field to a combination of hard work and determination. When it comes to client service, Will believes that everyone has a story to tell. He strives to get to know his clients’ stories, which helps him to identify what their needs really are.
