Doug Kilgore

Doug Kilgore has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Doug started their career as a Leadership Consultant Intern at Phi Kappa Theta in 1986. Doug then worked as a General Manager at RadioShack from 1988 to 1994. After that, they joined Sybase as a Senior IT Project Manager and Senior Manager of Business Process Reengineering from 1994 to 2005. From 2005 to 2015, they served as the Managing Partner and Chief Technologist/Principal Broker at Windhill Realty, LLC.

In 2015, Doug became a Senior Property Manager at The Evergreen Harvard Group until 2017 when they transitioned to Brady Sullivan Properties as a Senior Commercial Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 1.2 million sq. ft.
