Nathalie Benoit leads the strategic overview and execution of all facets of talent management at BrainBox AI to build a high-performing team. In partnership with the senior leadership team, she focuses on merging BrainBox AI’s business goals with people practices to promote the company’s strategic priorities, culture, mission and values, while maintaining optimal engagement and satisfaction from all employees.

With over 20 years of HR experience, Nathalie is recognized for establishing sustainable organizational transformation initiatives in a variety of business environments and financial contexts. Prior to joining BrainBox AI, Nathalie held HR leadership roles at Syntax, WSP and Nuance Communications, leading large global teams and enhancing the employee experience. She has a degree in Human Resources from McGill University.
