Sarah Grellier has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Sarah started their career as an intern at the Ibis Paris Tour Eiffel, where they worked in the Front Office, Reservations, and F&B Departments. Sarah also managed group bookings and participated in professional shows and exhibitions.

Sarah's next position was as the General Manager at the Holiday Inn Notre Dame, where they oversaw administrative and financial tasks, managed a team of twenty employees, handled recruitment and payroll, and ensured customer satisfaction and brand standards were met.

Currently, Sarah is employed as a Customer Success Manager at Braineet. Sarah'sresponsibilities in this role include deploying and supporting the company's innovation solution, assisting teams in digitizing their innovation processes, and providing replicable best practices, tools, and a partner catalog for sharing.
