Kristina Gondova

Kristina Gondova has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Kristina is currently the Head of People and Organization at BRAINEFFECT since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at DHL Freight from 2016 to 2020, where they held various positions including HR Business Partner and Learning and Recognition Manager. Kristina was also a Co-Founder at MyHappyfication, a role they held from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Trainer & Facilitator as a freelancer from 2012 to 2015. Kristina also gained valuable experience as a Learning and Development Project Coordinator at DHL Global Forwarding from 2013 to 2014. Kristina has also held roles as an Event Manager, Head of Human Resources and Talent Development, and a Language Teacher throughout their career.

Kristina Gondova has a Master's of Science degree in Strategy, Innovation and Management Control from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. In 2011, they completed an exchange semester at the Schulich School of Business - York University, pursuing a Master of Business Administration. Prior to their master's degree, from 2006 to 2009, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Masaryk University Brno. Kristina also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications from Vysoka skola financni a spravni - The Institute of Finance and Administration during the same years. In 2008, Kristina Gondova participated in an exchange semester at HZ University of Applied Sciences specializing in International Business.
