Ronda Reynolds

Ronda Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ronda Reynolds, MBA, began their career at Homestead Air Force Base, where they worked in personnel compensation and benefits from 1984 to 1989. Ronda Reynolds, MBA, then moved to F & P America as a human resource professional from 1994 to 1999. Ronda joined Brainerd Industries, Inc. in 1999 and held various positions, including Human Resource Manager, Director of Operations, Executive Vice President, and ultimately, Executive VP & COO. During their tenure at Brainerd Industries, they were involved in overseeing daily operations, managing procurement teams, and working on large-scale production management programs and product launches. Additionally, Ronda served as an Adjunct Instructor at Sinclair Community College from 2008 to 2012, where they developed course syllabi, taught classes, and interacted with students. Throughout their career, Ronda has demonstrated strong leadership, expertise in human resources, and a focus on operational efficiency.

Ronda Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Alliance University. Ronda Reynolds, MBA, also obtained their MBA from Liberty University and completed an Executive Education, Management Certification program from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. In addition, they have earned certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
