Markus Büchel

Markus B. currently serves as the Global Head of Group Accounting and Taxation at Nabaltec AG since December 2023. Prior to this role, Markus was the Manager of Tax Digital at WTS Deutschland from March 2022 to November 2023, and held the position of Konzernreferent Steuern und Rechnungslegung at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen between July 2020 and February 2022. Markus also led a team as a Tax and Accounting Consultant (International) at WW+KN - Steuerberater für den Mittelstand from January 2018 to June 2020. Early in the career, Markus worked as a Steuerassistent at Ecovis Deutschland and gained experience through internships at Semper vital, Krones AG, and Continental. Markus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Auditing, Controlling, and Taxation from the OTH Regensburg, completed in 2012, and furthered education at Universität Passau from April 2012 to September 2013.
