Chloe Best is a Lead Technical Recruiter at BrainGu. Chloe has previous experience working at ARSIEM Corporation from November 2017 to December 2020, where they held the position of Technical Recruiter/ Career Consultant.

At ARSIEM Corporation, Chloe was responsible for leading the talent acquisitions team through the full life cycle recruitment process. Chloe utilized internal and external databases to identify potential candidates, and ensured that job requisitions were posted and updated on the company portal. Chloe also developed creative recruiting sources to attract qualified talent, screened candidates to ensure qualifications match open roles as well as create pipeline for future roles, and presented job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiated salary.

In addition, Chloe assisted in the relocation process and onboarding of newly hired employees. Chloe kept social media platforms and ATS platforms updated with the most current company information, and assisted current employees with various career questions or career paths. Chloe also built out and facilitated the Talent Acquisitions training for newly hired team members, and led the TA member for job fairs and consulting meetings.

Chloe Best is a student at the University of North Florida, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies.
