Karolina Śladkowska

Karolina Śladkowska is an experienced professional in the field of People Operations and User Experience, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at BRAINHINT since September 2021. Previously, Karolina held several roles at Mobee Dick, including Head of People Operations and Head of Production, where significant projects included managing UX-sourcing for BNP Paribas and leading the development of the LOT Polish Airlines mobile app. Additionally, Karolina coordinated the User Experience Design program at Uniwersytet SWPS and has experience in project management through internships at ING Bank Śląski and Tieto. Karolina holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.
