Anna Majkowska

Anna Majkowska is currently the Head of People & Operations at Brainhub. Anna is responsible for directing and supervising the People & Operations Team, creating domain strategy, planning and achieving domain goals, managing development and skills of domain members, and supporting leaders in improving developmental processes within the organization. Prior to this role, Anna worked as a Compensation Manager & People Development at Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego and as a People Partner at Unilever. Anna also has experience as a Recruitment Specialist at Malek Recruitment and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Kozminski University. Anna is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Physiotherapy at Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego w Katowicach and Universidade de Aveiro.
