Magdalena Nosul

Magdalena Nosul has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Magdalena started their career at Business Travel International as a CRS/GDS Italian Support Agent in 2007. Magdalena then worked at Adecco as a Recruitment Specialist from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Horyzont Doradztwo Personalne as a Recruitment Consultant and later became a Recruitment Expert & Employer Branding Project Leader. From 2018, they have been working at Brainhub, initially as an IT Recruiter and then as a Recruitment Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Recruitment at Brainhub.

Magdalena Nosul obtained a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Silesia in Katowice between 2007 and 2009. Magdalena then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Italian Philology - Translation and Business from The University College of Foreign Languages from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed another Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The Silesian University of Technology from 2004 to 2007. Magdalena is currently undertaking two postgraduate degrees. One is in HR Business Partner from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach starting in 2022 and ending in 2023. The other postgraduate degree is in Psychologia w biznesie and Psychologia w coachingu from Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego we Wrocławiu, both of which they began in 2022.
