Katharine (Noakes) Leese has held a variety of roles in the food and product industries since 2010. Katharine began their career as a Strategist at CCD Innovation in 2010 and then joined Eat Just, Inc. as an Associate Manager of Supply Planning and Supply Chain Specialist in 2015. During the same year, they also became a Culinary Student at the San Francisco Cooking School. In 2017, they began working at Ingenuity Brands as Director of Product, before transitioning to Associate Director of Product, Senior Manager of Product, and Manager of Commercialization. Katharine also held a Strategist role at The Culinary Edge in 2017.
Katharine (Noakes) Leese's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in French and Francophone Studies (Cultural Studies Track) from Carleton College, which they completed between 2010 and 2014. In 2015, they attended the San Francisco Cooking School. Prior to that, they completed college preparatory studies at Convent of the Sacred Heart High School between 2006 and 2010. Katharine also completed a Continuing Education course in Agile Project Management at Stanford University in 2020.
