Ka Lia Universe

Ka Lia Universe has been working in the industry since 2010, when they began their career as a self-taught singer, songwriter, and musician with over 8+ years of experience. Ka Lia also has over 10+ years of stage performance experience. In 2013, Ka Lia Universe began working with TMS Staffing as a Recruiting Specialist, where they were an Account Manager for 5 clients and communicated via email with job descriptions to find the right candidates; ensuring background checks, drug screenings, interviews and hire dates. Ka Lia also followed up with employees about available job positions and descriptions, fixed employee's resumes with correct grammar and for better appearance, resourced and posted jobs on job sites, and performed data entry on employee applications, I9 and W4 forms for employment approval. In 2016, Ka Lia Universe began working with Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer- Zoom Wireless as a Sales Representative. In 2018, they began working with Apple as a Certified Technical Specialist. Finally, in 2019, Ka Lia Universe began working with BRAINIER Solutions, Inc. as a Customer Experience Specialist.

Ka Lia Universe obtained their High School Diploma from Harding High School in 2014. In December of 2015, they earned a Certificate of Completion from Expert Global Solutions for a United Healthcare Operations Training & Development for Prescription Drug Plan Representative. In November of 2016, they earned a Certificate of Completion from BG Staffing, Inc., A Multi-Divisional Staffing Company for their Tomorrow's Talent Training Course.
