Eamon Ho

Eamon Ho has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success, onboarding, support, operations, and event management. Eamon is currently working as an Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist at SocialTalent since January 2022. Previously, they served as an Onboarding Specialist at Talech from February 2021 to January 2022, where they excelled in communication, project planning, and promoting products and services. Before that, Eamon worked at Dropbox from September 2019 to January 2021, initially as a member of the Experimental Customer Onboarding Team, responsible for successfully onboarding new customers and analyzing trends, and later as a CX Advanced Support Specialist - Tier 2, providing prompt support and resolving customer issues. Prior to Dropbox, they gained experience in dispatch and field operations/quality assurance screening at Virgin Media Ireland from September 2018 to February 2019. Eamon also worked as an Event Manager at Blackjack Promotions in August and September 2018, where they managed events, handled inquiries, and ensured smooth event operations. Earlier in their career, they served as an Edu-carer at Giraffe Childcare from September 2017 to August 2018, focusing on the welfare and education of young children. Eamon's work experience includes leadership roles as well, having been a Social Care Team Leader/Social Care Worker at TTM Healthcare Group from May 2015 to February 2018, where they prioritized the quality of life for service users and demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness in emergency situations.

Eamon Ho obtained their Bachelor of Social Science (B.Soc.Sc) degree, specializing in Social Work, from University College Dublin, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Eamon has also completed various additional certifications, including Understanding Youth Mental Health Workshop from Jigsaw Dublin 15, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults from TTM Healthcare Group, SafeTalk: Suicide Alertness For Everyone from Safetalk, Continuing Professional Development Certificate In Volunteering from Dublin Institute of Technology, Child Protection Awareness Workshop from Barnardos Ireland, C.P.R First Aid Certificate, Fire Safety, and Manual Handling from AMEC Safety Training LTD. These certifications were obtained between 2014 and 2016.
