Yeshua Malik

Yeshua Malik has extensive experience in video production and scripting. Yeshua currently works as a Video Producer at Brainjolt, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Jukin Media from 2019 to 2021, where they held various roles including Producer and Associate Producer. During their time at Jukin Media, Yeshua was responsible for overseeing multiple brands, leading the Global Inclusion Steering Committee, and producing and writing video content.

Before joining Jukin Media, Yeshua worked at Post Haste Digital in 2019 as a Script Writer, adapting Netflix programming for English localization, and at Super Deluxe in 2017 as a Video Director, where they directed a series on trending science topics. Yeshua also worked at BuzzFeed in 2017 as a Video Producer, creating BuzzFeed's first science dedicated channel.

Yeshua started their career as a Freelance Video Professional, where they worked on various projects as a Script Writer and Video Editor. Yeshua also worked as a Creative Producer Assistant at Chestnut Ridge Productions Signatory Inc, providing support in organizing schedules and conducting story development for feature film scripts.

Yeshua Malik holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications related to video editing and design from Lynda.com. These certifications include "Final Cut Pro X 10.4.4 Essential Training," "Foundations of Video: The Art of Editing," "Introduction to Video Color Correction," "Introduction to Video Dialogue Editing," "Introduction to Video Editing," "Photoshop 2020 Essential Training: Design," "Photoshop 2020 Essential Training: The Basics," "Premiere Pro 2020 Essential Training," "Premiere Pro CC 2019 Essential Training: The Basics," "Learning Video Production and Editing," and "The History of Film and Video Editing." These certifications were obtained between December 2019 and March 2020.
