Jascelyn Gause, M.Ed., CSM®, CSPO®, has a strong background in project management and content development, with a focus on using agile methodologies. At BrainPOP, they served as a Content Designer, where they managed content-related projects and improved organizational efficiency by 30% through process streamlining. Jascelyn also collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance product features.

Jascelyn gained additional experience as a Scrum Master at Scrum Together, where they used agile principles to manage the creation of a product for transitioning educators.

Prior to that, Jascelyn held leadership roles at Tomball ISD as a Department Lead, overseeing department functions from 2018 to 2021. Jascelyn also worked as an Instructor for Science and Social Studies at Aldine ISD from 2015 to 2018, and as an Instructor for Science at YES Prep Public Schools from 2013 to 2015.

At WEST ORANGE-COVE CISD, Jascelyn served as a Program Director for the Afterschool Centers on Education, where they managed projects, maintained a budget, and executed a multi-campus event for 500+ community members. Jascelyn also established project success measures.

Jascelyn Gause, M.Ed., CSM®, CSPO®, has a strong education background in instructional leadership and curriculum and instruction. Jascelyn obtained their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from Sam Houston State University in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Forensic Science at Baylor University in 2007.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jascelyn Gause has also obtained certifications in the field of agile project management. Jascelyn is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), which they obtained from the Scrum Alliance in June 2022. Furthermore, they are a Scrum Master Certified (SMC), also acquired from the Scrum Alliance in April 2022. These certifications showcase their expertise in agile methodologies and their ability to effectively manage and lead project teams.
