Katherine Bull has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Katherine began their career at John Wiley and Sons as a Senior Editorial Assistant in 2012 and later worked as an Assistant Editor before becoming an Account Manager. In their role as an Account Manager, they collaborated with professors and faculty committees to match products with their courses, focusing on digital and custom solutions tailored to their needs. Katherine maintained post-sale relationships through student focus groups, technology demos, and training sessions. Katherine worked at John Wiley and Sons until 2017.

After that, Katherine joined Flocabulary in 2017 as a School Success Manager. Katherine managed a team of School Success Managers and worked closely with high-volume accounts, ensuring steady usage and securing subscription renewals. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior School Success Manager and continued their responsibilities until 2021.

In 2019, Katherine joined BrainPOP as a Manager, Implementation. Katherine later advanced to the role of Associate Director of Implementation, where they led the Implementation and Support teams. Katherine was responsible for providing white glove onboarding service, technical support, and usage intervention to new customers and pilots. Katherine'sgoal was to ensure that teachers and students could experience the full benefits of BrainPOP quickly and easily. In 2023, they were promoted to Director of Customer Success at BrainPOP, their current position.

Katherine Bull completed their undergraduate education at the University of Richmond from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In 2012, they also attended the NYU Summer Publishing Institute, although no degree or field of study is specified for this program.
