Tina Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Tina began their career as a Process Engineer at Motorola Home & Networks Mobility in 1996. In 1998, they interned as a Financial Systems Intern at The Walt Disney Company. Tina then worked as a Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Operations Practice at Deloitte, where they developed business proposals and supported client implementations in supply chain management.
In 2002, Tina joined Greene Investments as the Director of Strategy and Operations, where they managed projects related to federal and state reporting systems for children in the welfare system. Tina then became the CEO and Franchise Owner of a Kumon Math and Reading Center, where they achieved consistent sales growth.
In 2012, Tina worked as a Team Lead in Pre-Sales and Customer Success at Kredible, leading pre-sales activities and designing strategic campaigns for user adoption. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Senior Director of STEM and Literacy Programs at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Tina led a cross-functional team in designing and implementing a nationwide STEM strategy and managed a portfolio of funded programs.
From 2016 to 2020, Tina served as the Senior Director of Strategic Project Management at C2 Education. In this role, they managed various projects related to daily and strategic operations, led a large-scale strategic growth plan, and oversaw the development of internal tools and systems. Currently, Tina is the Senior Director of International Sales and Growth at BrainPOP, where they are responsible for driving international sales and growth initiatives.

Tina Shah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts Honors - Plan II Program, Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin. Tina also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, Tina has obtained several certifications, including "Nonprofit Customer Relationship Management with Salesforce" and "Salesforce for Small Business" from LinkedIn, "Associate Member" from the IECA Independent Educational Consultants Association, and "Project Management Professional" from the Project Management Institute.
