Nolin LeChasseur began their work experience in 1998 as a Marketing Manager at Gametronics and then worked as a Strategic Marketing Manager at Brightspark in 2000. Nolin later joined Platform Computing as a Manager of Corporate Marketing in 2002. In 2003, they became the Director of Marketing and Publicity at Swarm Theory Music Inc.

In 2005, LeChasseur joined Canada Post in the Direct Marketing Line of Business, where they served as the Director of Data Products and Services.
