Jose Javier Jimenez Bozal has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, with various roles and responsibilities in different companies.

JOSE JAVIER started their career as an RRHH Development Project Manager at PRH Consultores, where they managed training plans and research projects. JOSE JAVIER then worked as an RRHH Advisor at B. Investment, focusing on organizational structure, HR management plans, and communication systems.

Later, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Centro de Desintoxicación TAVAD, where they managed a team of 70 people and planned medical guards. JOSE JAVIER then moved to Automatismos y Sistemas de Transporte Interno, SAU as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for HR functions in an engineering company.

In 2011, they worked as a Consultant de RRHH at Sinergos Consultores SL for a brief period. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Brains International Schools.

Jose Javier Jimenez Bozal obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, which they completed between 1982 and 1987. JOSE JAVIER then pursued a Master's Degree in HR Management and Organizational Effectiveness at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, graduating between 1991 and 1992.
