Trip Shanti

Trip Shanti has an extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Freelance Full Stack Developer and Designer until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Director of Software Development at HQChannel, where they led digital development, product design, and advertising for a local social network. In 2012, they joined Braidio as the Director of Development for Collaborative Learning, managing a distributed international team and overseeing API integration design, product development, and software architecture. From 2015 to 2022, they held various roles at Braidio, including Director of Software Development for Healthcare and HIPAA Compliance, Head of Development for Low Code No Code Operations, and Director of Software Development for Pet Wellness. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic development, integration, and compliance with industry standards. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Brainscape as a Senior Software Engineer and BigData Analyst.
