Shannon O'Connor Hayward

Shannon O'Connor Hayward, MBA, serves as a Learning & Development Fellow at Brainshark since April 2006, focusing on instructional design consultation and development for the Learning & Development Team as well as providing guidance on training strategies across the organization. Previously, as the Manager of Learning & Development, Shannon directed the design and implementation of various corporate training programs and certification initiatives. Earlier roles include Customer Success Consultant, Training Assistant Manager at Affiliated Computer Services, and Training Coordinator at Berkshire Bank. Shannon holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a BS in Accounting from Providence College, complemented by participation in the Berkshire Leadership Program.
