Jennie H.

Jennie H. is a User Experience Researcher at Google since May 2021, focusing on products such as Google Distributed Cloud and Google Cloud Storage. In addition to this role, Jennie serves as an Industry Expert on the Program Advisory Committee for Humber College and as a Lab Instructor at York University, where Jennie teaches Prototyping and User-Centered Strategies. Jennie's prior experience includes working at IBM from 2017 to 2021, where Jennie led various UX research projects, particularly in AI applications. Jennie holds a Master of Digital Experience Innovation from the University of Waterloo, a Master of Education from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Toronto. Numerous awards and recognitions include the IBM CrushIT Award and roles as a mentor and judge in design-related competitions and workshops.
