Samantha Lew

Samantha Lew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service design and marketing. Currently serving as Lead Service Designer at Scotiabank since October 2019, Samantha has also held roles as Senior Service Designer and Service Designer within the same organization. In addition, Samantha is an Instructor in UX Design at BrainStation since October 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Innovation Analyst at Idea Couture Inc. and as a Marketing Assistant at Marketing Eye, where contributions were made to various marketing strategies and client engagements. Responsibilities at Rebels Refinery as Account Manager involved market analysis and CRM implementation, while early career roles at Nudy Patooty Inc. and Art of Time Ensemble focused on marketing outreach and content creation. Samantha earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.
