Paul Reed, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paul started their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Radio Chief from 2001 to 2013. During this time, they supervised the installation and operation of radio communication systems and developed a systems approach to communications.

After leaving the military, Paul worked as an Operation Chief at Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Central Command (FASTCENT) from 2009 to 2011. In this role, they coordinated logistics, embarkation, and landing support operations, ensuring the smooth deployment of personnel and equipment.

Paul then transitioned to the civilian sector, working as an Intern for Hawaii State Senate Senator Les Ihara in 2015. Paul gained valuable experience in government operations and legislative processes during this time.

Following their internship, Paul held positions in various organizations. Paul worked as an Accounting Assistant and Receptionist at Tom Chee Watts Degele-Mathews & Yoshida, LLP, where they managed financial records and carried out reception duties. Paul also served as a Technician I, Safety Representative, and Administrative Assistant at ANCON Services, gaining knowledge on safety regulations and administrative functions.

In 2017, Paul worked as a Project Manager/Supervisor at Showcase Restoration, where they directed scheduling and activities for workers involved in the restoration process.

Most recently, Paul served as the Chief Operations Officer Assistant at BrainTap Technologies starting in 2018. In this role, they worked closely with the COO, handling administrative tasks, creating and updating business plans, and managing appointments.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills, along with a solid understanding of safety regulations and financial processes.

Paul Reed holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Argosy University. Paul earned this degree in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Argosy University in the same year. In 2015, Paul obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Diplomacy and Military Studies from Hawaii Pacific University. Paul completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2014, after earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from the same institution in 2011.
