Patrick Severs

Patrick Severs has over eight years of experience in sales and account management. Patrick is currently the Director of Enterprise Account Expansion at Braintrust, a role they have held since November 2020.

Previously, Severs was an Enterprise Account Executive at Box from November 2018 to November 2020, responsible for territory development and growth across 120 enterprise accounts in the US Southeast. Patrick was also a Workforce Management Consultant at ADP from November 2016 to November 2018, where they consulted existing ADP mid-market customers in areas related to current and future Workforce Management strategies. In this role, they were responsible for building successful partnerships and growing them through recommendations that drove strategic business outcomes. Patrick was a 2017/2018 President's Club Winner at ADP.

Prior to ADP, Severs served as the Senior Director, Account Management at ServiceSource from May 2012 to November 2016. In this role, they led and served a team of sales professionals responsible for the overall success of global partnerships within ServiceSource. The team was responsible for 15 individual engagements covering the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific, representing $32M in annual revenue for the organization. Severs was responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight on sales execution against customer expectations, which resulted in 3 strategic expansions and a 10% increase in overall revenues. Patrick also delivered strategic insights and best practices to improve partnership health and ROI for clients, resulting in 3-5x return on investments for our partners.

Patrick Severs completed their undergraduate studies at Tennessee State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory and American Studies. Patrick then went on to complete their graduate studies at Middle Tennessee State University, where they earned a degree in Theirtory and Political Science.
