Heidi Rutz

Heidi Rutz has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Heidi began their career in 1976 as a Ceramic/Powder Met Technician at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Heidi then pursued their education and obtained a graduate degree in Ceramic Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. Following their education, they joined Echlin in 1990 as a Product Development Manager. After 8 years, they moved to Haldex and worked as a Director of Research and Development for a decade. In 2008, they joined Fras-le Oficial as a Development and Quality Manager. Finally, in 2010, Heidi joined Brake Parts Inc LLC as the Director of Research and Development, and eventually retired from that position in December 2018. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in research and development and their commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in their field.

Heidi Rutz earned an M.S. degree in Ceramic Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1982 and 1988.
