Roberto Hernández has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Roberto began their career in 1992 as a Projektingenieur at P.L. Peter Lamp GmbH, where they worked on projects in the automotive industry.
In 1995, they joined Graco as a Sales Engineer, responsible for key account management, offering presentations, negotiations, and project management.
Roberto then worked as a Produkt Manager at XOMOX International GmbH Co. in 1998, handling product management tasks for a chemical industry valve manufacturer.
From 1999 to 2000, Hernández served as a Key Account Manager Automotive at Sames Deutschland GmbH (Exel Automotive Deutschland GmbH).
In 2001, they became the General Manager at Exel Automotive Deutschland GmbH, leading the company's operations in Central Europe and taking charge of the Rexson and Kremlin product lines.
From 2006 to 2008, they held the position of European Key Account Manager - Automotive at Brammer Group, focusing on business development with OEMs and tier 1 suppliers.
Roberto further took on various roles at Brammer Group, including Sales Development Director and European Key Account Manager for different sectors such as Food & Drink, Construction & Aggregates, and Metals.
Most recently, Hernández worked as a Key Account Acquisition Director at Rubix starting in 2017.
Roberto Hernández completed their education at Hochschule Niederrhein. From 1987 to 1991, they pursued a degree in Maschinenbau Konstruktionstechnik and obtained a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.). Following this, from 1991 to 1992, Roberto pursued additional studies in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen and earned a degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur.
