Rachael Rizzi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachael is currently serving as the Vice President of Risk Management at Branch Benefits Consultants, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to this role, they held the same position at Capitol Insurance Services starting in June 2020.
In addition, Rachael founded Infinite Rizzdom, LLC in October 2020, where they serve as the Founder, Owner, and Managing Member.
Before establishing their own company, they worked at The Branch Company as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing from May 2019 to January 2021.
Rachael also has experience in the insurance industry, having held various roles at Blue Lotus Insurance Brokers, Inc from October 2014 to May 2019. Rachael served as the Chief Zen Officer, Founder, President, and CEO during their tenure there.
Prior to their time at Blue Lotus, they worked as a Commercial Insurance Broker at Orgill Singer & Associates from November 2005 to October 2014.
Rachael started their career in the insurance industry as a Commercial Lines CSR at Absolute Insurance Service, Inc in January 2005, before moving on to become an Account Administrator at Brown & Brown Insurance of Nevada from May 2002 to December 2004.
Their earliest role was as an Insurance Tech at Assurance, Ltd from November 2001 to May 2002.
Rachael Rizzi's education history is as follows:
From 2011 to 2012, they attended Grand Canyon University and obtained an Executive Masters In Business Administration degree with a focus on Servant Leadership.
From 1999 to 2004, they attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
In addition to their formal education, Rachael Rizzi has obtained several certifications. These include being a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) from the National Wellness Institute, a Frequency Breathwork Teacher from Frequency Breathwork, a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, a Trauma Sensitive HeartMath Certification from HeartMath LLC, a HeartMath Stress and Well-Being Assessment Provider from HeartMath LLC, and training in Trauma and Inflammation from the Arizona Trauma Institute.
Rachael is also a certified HeartMath Trainer and Mentor from HeartMath LLC, and has obtained Reiki I & II certification from Denise Marshall Jackson - Reiki Master/Teacher.
In the insurance field, they have earned several certifications including the Nevada Resident Surplus Lines Broker (Insurance) from the Nevada Division of Insurance, the Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, and the Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Rachael also holds a Nevada Resident Producer (Insurance) License from the Nevada Division of Insurance.
