Seun Agbede-Olafusi (SHRM-SCP)

Seun Agbede-Olafusi (SHRM-SCP) has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Starting in 2007, Seun worked as an Operations Analyst at Zenith Bank Plc until 2010. Following this, Seun joined Aeroland Travels Ltd as an HR Administration and Facilities Coordinator from July 2013 to December 2014. In 2015, Seun worked as the HR Lead - People Operations at Softcom Limited.

In 2016, Seun joined Uber as part of the People Operations team and worked until May 2018. After that, Seun moved to Branch International and took on various roles. Initially, Seun served as the Lead - People Operations from May 2018 to April 2020. Then, Seun became the Manager - People Operations from April 2020 to April 2022. From April 2022 to November 2022, Seun served as the Head of People - Nigeria. Currently, Seun holds the position of Global Head of People at Branch International, starting in September 2022.

Throughout Seun's career, they have gained extensive experience in people operations, HR leadership, and global management.

Seun Agbede-Olafusi (SHRM-SCP) obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Covenant University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to attending Covenant University, Seun Agbede-Olafusi completed their secondary education at FGC Ilorin.

In addition to their formal education, Seun Agbede-Olafusi has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. They achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in June 2021. They also earned the First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification (Adult, child, and infant CPR) from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in April 2018. Furthermore, they attained the PHRi certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in March 2016.
