Seyi Folaranmi is the current Head of Operations in Nigeria for Branch. Seyi has over 15 years of experience in customer service and operations. Seyi was previously the Vice President of Customer and Dealer Experience for CARS45 from September 2018 to April 2020. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Customer Support for gbamng from December 2017 to September 2018. From April 2014 to December 2017, they were the Vice President of Customer Experience for Konga Online Shopping Ltd. Seyi has also held the position of Supervisor of Quality Assurance for Etisalat Nigeria from May 2008 to April 2014 and Quality Assessor for Globacom from May 2004 to May 2008.
Seyi Folaranmi has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from A.B.U Zaria and a certification from edX in edX Verified Certificate for FinTech Ethics and Risks.
