Tejan Dargar

Tejan Dargar has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Tejan is currently serving as the Head of Fundraising & Capital Markets at Branch International since November 2022. Prior to this, Tejan authored a book titled "How to Mine the Treasure called CA Articleship" in 2020, which provides valuable insights for students looking to excel in their CA Articleship.

Tejan also has experience in asset management and business development. Tejan worked at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd from November 2021 to November 2022, where they focused on building the company's international business. Before that, they were a part of SBI Mutual Fund from October 2018 to October 2021, where they were involved in investments, strategy, and business development for international markets.

In addition, Tejan worked at Edelweiss Financial Services from November 2015 to September 2018, where they gained experience in hedge funds, asset allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and establishing a UCITS fund. Prior to that, they were an Associate at BMR Advisors from July 2013 to October 2015, where they were involved in restructuring, due diligence, and family settlements. Tejan Dargar obtained the Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in finance, taxation, and accountancy.

Additionally, Tejan Dargar completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on finance and taxation at Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics.

In 2012 to 2015, Tejan Dargar pursued studies in law at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Most recently, in 2020 to 2022, Tejan Dargar pursued a degree in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.

Tejan Dargar has also obtained various certifications, including Impact Investing from Jindal Centre for Social Innovation + Entrepreneurship and Asha Impact in August 2021.
