Gonzalo Martín-Roldán

Gonzalo Martín-Roldán has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gonzalo currently works as a Data Engineer at Branch Energy, where they are part of the data team. At SmartestEnergy, they served as a Pricing Developer from 2019 to 2021, responsible for developing pricing engines for generators and retail markets using Python. Gonzalo also maintained a multi-environment server ecosystem, parallelized the generation of requests, and provided user support and training.

Before that, Gonzalo worked as a Quantitative Structuring Analyst at Just Energy, where they developed a Python library tool called "Quant" for data gathering, analysis, and presentation. Gonzalo Martín-Roldán obtained their Master's degree in Business Intelligence from Dalarna University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Grado en Economía with a specialization in analyzing economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2009 to 2014.

In addition to their degrees, Gonzalo Martín-Roldán has pursued several certifications to enhance their skills.
