Pratiksha Patel

Pratiksha Patel is an experienced Chief People Officer currently serving at Branch since November 2022, and has held an advisory role at PeopleTech Partners since February 2017, focusing on accelerating growth for portfolio companies. As a member of CPOHQ, Pratiksha engages with fellow Chief People Officers to facilitate knowledge sharing. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of People at CB Insights, Advisor at Live in Their World, and Human Resources Consultant at Ipsos. Pratiksha has also worked with McKinsey & Company in organizational transformation and talent management, and served as Chief People Officer at Verve. Pratiksha holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from New York University.
