Steve Reffitt

Steve Reffitt is currently the VP, Head of Agency at Branch Insurance. Prior to this, they were with Applied Systems from October 2018 to November 2020 as their Alliance Partner Manager. Before that, they were with AAA Ohio Auto Club from July 2017 to October 2018 as their Director of Sales & Agency Acquisitions. From August 2012 to August 2017, Steve was with MAPFRE as their Territory Manager for Business Development. Steve began their career in insurance with Farmers Insurance Group in October 2010 as a Recruiter.

Steve Reffitt has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and a degree from the University of Dayton.

Steve Reffitt reports to Steve Lekas, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Chris Styrsky - Chief Actuary, Brady Ellis - VP, Head of Finance, and Charlie Wendland - Head of Claims.
