Catherine Archer is an accomplished professional in the Food & Beverage industry, currently serving as the Founder of Brand Archery Ltd, a consultancy dedicated to future-proofing brands through customised training and advisory services. Previously, Catherine held the position of CEO at JING Tea, leading the company in delivering exceptional tea experiences globally with a focus on sustainable practices. With a rich background at Unilever, Catherine served as Global Director for both T.O by Lipton and Premium Tea, where significant innovations and premiumisation strategies were realized. Additional experience includes key marketing roles at Bacardi, Cadburys Schweppes, and Reckitt & Colman, alongside participation in a disruptive innovation programme with InnoLeaps. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Classics from Newcastle University and ongoing studies in Sustainability Business Management at the University of Cambridge.
