Martha Olmos has worked in a variety of roles since 1992. Martha began their career as an Assistant to the Marketing Manager at Procter & Gamble de Mexico, followed by a role as an Assistant to the Human Resources Manager at Fundacion Ford S.C. in 2000. In 2002, Martha moved to Television Azteca as an Assistant to the CEO. Martha then joined Grupo BAL in 2003 as an Assistant to the Corporate Director, where they were responsible for secretarial and administrative support, as well as project management, multi-faceted task organization, and priority setting. In 2008, Martha moved to MacGraw Hill Interamericana Editores as an Assistant to the Finance Vice-President. Martha then worked as an Assistant to the Main Partner at Chadbourne & Parke, S.C. in 2009. From 2013 to 2018, Martha worked at M+W Group as the Managing Director's Assistant and Office Manager, where they were responsible for organizing meetings, managing databases, travel arrangements, ordering stationery and furniture, and supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff. Finally, Martha joined Televisa in 2018 as a Senior Assistant to the Vice President, where they managed an active calendar of appointments, completed expense reports, composed and prepared a variety of communications, and arranged complex travel plans. In 2022, they began working as an Executive Assistant to the Co-founder Rory Vaden at Brand Builders Group.
Martha Olmos obtained a Parliamentary Bilingual Executive Secretary degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cultural Courses College between 1983 and 1987. Martha also obtained a Parliamentary Executive Bilingual Secretary degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cultural Courses College between 1983 and 1987. In October 2021, Martha Olmos obtained an EF SET Certificate - 71/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET). Martha is also an English Teacher.
