Jenelie Ursua has been working in the industry since 2009. Jenelie began their career at Teleperformance Philippines as a Sales Representative/Team Leader. In 2012, they moved to Convergys Alabang as a Sales Coach. In 2016, they joined capital one philippines as a Senior Operations Representative. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager at Brand Equation since 2020.
Jenelie Ursua obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Centro Escolar University from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their undergrad in Physical Therapy/Therapist from San Juan de Dios College -Pasay from 2001 to 2005.
