Robert Hesch has over 20 years of experience in sales and merchandising, with a focus on consumer healthcare. Robert has held various leadership positions, including Vice President, Sales and Merchandising at Brand Momentum, where they provided oversight to the sales and merchandising team, managed client relationships, and implemented strategic planning. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Director and Director of Client Services at the same company.

Before joining Brand Momentum, Robert worked at Market Performance Group as a Consultant, delivering effective go-to-market solutions and defining success criteria for retail partners. Robert also gained experience at Pfizer as a Retail Development Manager and at Boehringer Ingelheim Canada Consumer Healthcare as a National Sales Manager, where they were responsible for strategic planning and managing key accounts.

Robert has a strong background in managing broker relationships and has served as a National Broker Manager at GlaxoSmithKline. Robert also has experience in the wholesale channel, having worked at The Kraft Heinz Company and Cadbury UK in leadership roles.

Earlier in their career, Robert worked at Consumer Impact Marketing, where they developed and led national retail field teams, driving sales and ensuring excellent in-store execution for Gatorade and Esso On the Run stores.

Throughout their career, Robert has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, as well as a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.

Robert Hesch has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Economics from the University of Waterloo. Robert also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management (CHRM) from the University of Guelph and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
