Karen Paulk is the current Creative Director at Brand Networks, LLC. Karen has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has previous worked as a Visual Creative Strategist at icreatives. In their role as Creative Director, they are responsible for owning day to day Walmart needs for Visual content creation, assisting in analyzing visual performance, and suggesting ways to improve. Karen also collaborates with internal team members for alignment, partners with associates and stores for content creation, and helps improve associate video abilities. Additionally, they create content that reaches millions of Walmart customers and associates, and works with both in-house and external creative agencies to ensure that all produced video content adheres to brand guidelines and is on target with the given strategy.

Karen Paulk has a master’s degree in journalism-documentary film from the University of Arkansas. Karen also has two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Arkansas: one in Spanish language and literature, and the other in journalism.
