Amanda Ng is an Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024 and has been with The Walt Disney Company since March 2019, currently serving as the Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator for Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Amanda utilizes the 5 keys to lead a team of over 100 Cast Members, fostering a strong teamwork culture for park operations. Previous roles at The Walt Disney Company include Operations Integration Intern, where Amanda supported operational enhancements and project management, and Competition Coordinator, overseeing logistics for large-scale events at a multi-purpose sports complex.
