Marsela Pove

Marsela Pove has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marsela began their career as an Accounting Intern at STUDIO COMMERCIALISTA in 2010, where they worked until 2012. Marsela then moved on to Lattanzio Srl, where they worked as an International Sales Executive from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they joined Tecnosphera SpA as a SAP Functional Analyst from 2013 to 2014. Marsela'smost recent and current position is at BRANDART, where they have held multiple roles. Marsela started as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2016, then became a Business Development Manager from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Operations And Business Development, and from 2021 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Business Development. Currently, they are the President of BRANDART, a position they have held since June 2022.

Marsela Pove obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Bari in 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Economics and Management from the same institution. Marsela later attended Harvard Business School in 2019 to study Sustainable Business Strategy. Currently, they are engaged in the Women in Leadership program at Harvard's Division of Continuing Education, which began in 2023.
